Private Catering and Events

Creating a fantastic menu for a client always creates a buzz at Hibiscus. Whether it’s an event for 10 or 500 the same rules apply.  It starts with fresh ingredients that are sourced from local and sustainable sources. We pride ourselves on treating our suppliers like they were clients and in return they supply us with great ingredients and service.  Buying locally helps to reduce our carbon foot print and allows us to visit our suppliers regularly. We aim to use as much British seasonal produce as possible and use modern methods and contemporary presentation techniques.

Our range of menu’s include canapés, finger food, hot and cold buffets, bowl food, working lunches and fine dining.  Our menus are available on request and can always be adapted to your specific requirements. We often tailor bespoke menus as our clients like to introduce their own ideas using our expertise.
